New case for 2 Button Alarm Fob Transmitter - Remote Control, consists of front cover, back cover & rubber buttons & new battery

This is to fit the 200 Tdi Alternator on the 200 Tdi Engine Conversion in a series vehicle.  You will also need to source an alternator bracket and tensioner (S3 or 90/110 with no pas) We recommend using the Lucas type mounting lugs  Alternator (some mods may be required on certain ones.   Fitting Instructions & new alternator belt included in kit.

For Series 2 & S2A with dynamo fit we can supply a used S3 alternator bracket and adjuster link see  part number SPCK238ABL

These Countersunk bolts are to replace the standard ones which are removed when taking the engine out of the Discovery. The standard ones won't fit due to the bolt head protruding the Flywheel housing and are also too long.  Failure to fit these bolts will cause oil leaks. The flywheel housing gasket & rear crank seal doesn't form a good seal and therefore leaks from these due to the engine and flywheel housing flexing. The flywheel housing is only secured at the top and not all the way round. Using these bolts will also secure the ladder frame. These bolts need to be fitted before the engine is fitted into the vehicle and the flywheel housing will need countersinking,

Note, These bolts are not for securing the gearbox to the engine

Air Filter Kit Discovery 200Tdi >90/110. Kit consists of new air filter assembly, paper filter, mounting bracket, mounting straps, rubber bobbins, induction hoses and pipework, s/s hose clips fitting instructions.
